Is a modular home the same as a manufactured home?
No. Modular homes are built to the same state and local building codes as site-built homes. Manufactured homes are built to the federal HUD code. We tell you which applies to each model before you request a quote.
Does Mylandhomez build the homes itself?
Mylandhomez is a housing solutions and development coordination company. Homes are built by qualified manufacturer and builder partners; we help you choose, quote and coordinate the project.
What does a quote include?
Quotes are prepared for your specific home, finishes and land. Delivery, foundation, permits, utilities, site work, taxes and installation may cost extra and are listed separately.
Do I need to own land first?
Owning land makes quoting more accurate, but you can start by exploring homes or using the free Land Studio to check a Florida parcel.
