Do you build on land I already own?
Yes. Most of our projects are on the customer's own Florida land. Tell us the address and we review parcel, flood zone and zoning details with your county.
Who handles permits?
We guide you through the county permit process and tell you exactly which documents are needed for your foundation type and location.
What's the difference between manufactured and modular?
Manufactured homes are built to the federal HUD code; modular homes are built to the Florida Building Code. Your county's zoning may allow one, both or neither on a given lot.
How much does a project cost?
Every site is different, so we give written quotes only — covering the home, delivery, foundation, site prep, utilities and permits.
Can I finance my home?
Many buyers finance. Tell us whether you're paying cash or financing and we'll point you to the next steps.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on the home, permits and site work. Your written quote includes an estimated schedule.
